What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects, including damage or breakage.
• Significant gold or silver colour issues (approved claims qualify for a replacement or store credit).

What’s Not Covered:

• Lost jewellery.
• Pearl discolouration.
• Normal wear and tear, including minor damage.
• Damage from misuse, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals.
• Severe oxidation due to high pH skin levels.
• Mystery products and free gifts.

Warranty Claims & Process

If you experience a gold or silver colour issue, you may submit a claim at any time. Once approved, you’ll be eligible for a replacement or store credit (gifted jewellery is eligible for store credit only).

Important Notes:

• Store credit is calculated based on the original discount applied to the order.
• Keep all previously damaged items for future warranty claims.
• Items must have been purchased directly from maisonella.com.au.
• Ella Jewellery reserves the right to deny any claim.
